Automation and Integration:

Our labelling systems’ advanced 4.0 software allows them to seamlessly integrate into your existing production lines. This allows for unattended labelling, validation, and traceability, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimising errors.

Versatility:

These systems can handle various packaging types, including bottles, jars, and pallets, making them suitable for cosmetic products like lipsticks, mascaras, and shampoos.

Continuous Monitoring:

Our print and apply labellers feature continuous print quality monitoring, allowing corrective actions without interrupting production. This ensures high-quality labelling and reduces downtime.

Non-Stop Configuration:

Some labelling machines are available in Non-Stop configurations, meaning they can operate continuously without halting for label roll changes. This boosts productivity and ensures a smooth production flow.

Customizable Solutions:

We offer customisable labelling solutions tailored to your specific needs, whether you require high-speed machines for large-scale production or standalone systems for smaller batches.

Automation and Integration:

Our labelling systems’ advanced 4.0 software allows them to seamlessly integrate into your existing production lines. This allows for unattended labelling, validation, and traceability, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimising errors.

By integrating our innovative labelling systems, you can achieve higher efficiency, better quality control, and greater flexibility in your cosmetics manufacturing process.

We offer a complete line of labelling machines designed in accordance with GAMP guidelines (Good Automated Manufacturing Practices) and equipped with all the necessary devices to make them suitable for the cosmetic industry. Labelling machines available for labelling bottles, shrink packs, clamshell packs, shampoo, soap, body wash, lipstick, mascara, make-up, palettes make-up, flat-lying and formed cartons, including in Non-Stop configuration and with Open Frame type stainless steel structures, to facilitate operations and cleaning. Print and apply labellers designed for unit package applications, boxes, and pallets bundles (including Non-Stop and “in real time”). They feature continuous print quality monitoring for corrective actions without interrupting production.
