Support and Consumables


We firmly believe in having a long-term relationship with our customers, and as such have a dedicated technical support team who are available to help with machine breakdowns, installations, any training needed and any queries you may have with regarding your machine.

We also stock a full range of spares in order to ensure the speedy repair of your machine. Services and repairs are carried out by our internationally trained technical support department, who will attend to any breakdown (whether telephonically or in person) within a period of 24 hours of reporting the breakdown.

Our aim is to keep you up and running, and we will do our utmost to ensure that you are.


We have solvents and a broad range of inks readily available for you to replenish your machine’s consumables when needed. Our inks are developed for optimal performance in our inkjet marking systems. We want to ensure that the final mark on your product is of a high quality and meets compliance as well as your production standards.

Contact us for further advice on what ink would best suit your application as different inks provide different marking results in terms of adhesion, drying time, and colour – and some inks may complement some marking technologies over others.
